Work & Security Engineering

I recently began a new role as a Software Security Engineer. It's the start of a deeper chapter — building foundations in application security, identity management, and cloud security.

Day to day, I work with Keycloak for identity, Snyk for vulnerability analysis, and Azure Front Door for perimeter security. The shift from full-stack development feels natural. Same systems thinking, different problem space.

Certifications
Kubestronaut

Working through the full CNCF Kubernetes certification track. This is the major study focus right now.

AZ-500

Preparing for the Azure Security Engineer Associate exam. Cloud security fundamentals and identity protection.

Current strength goals. Focused on consistent progress.

Bench Press 140 kg
Squat 160 kg
Deadlift 200 kg
Reading

I read regularly — mostly non-fiction, some literature. I keep a log of everything I've read and occasionally write notes on books that stay with me.

Outside Work

I'm intentionally making space for things outside of work and screens. Still figuring out what that looks like — but the direction is clear: more variety, more presence, less routine.
